Dr Yaw Moh

Yaw was born in Singapore, is of Chinese ethnicity, and emigrated to New Zealand with his family in the mid 1970’s, settling in the Eastern Suburbs of Auckland, where he also schooled. Yaw attended the University of Auckland’s School of Medicine and graduated in 1995.  He did his first year of residency in Rotorua Hospital in 1995, and after three years in the hospital system he entered the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioner’s Registrar Programme to specialise in General Practice which he completed in 1999.  He then obtained his Fellowship in General Practice in 2003.

Yaw has worked in a wide variety of practices, ranging from rural to urban city. In 2000 he joined a practice in Howick as a long term associate and worked full time there until the end of 2006. Yaw has been at QuayMed as both Doctor and Partner since 2007.  Yaw works four days at QuayMed across both the Britomart and Wynyard sites.
